By using MyTCGPrice, you agree to the terms below.
1. Purpose of the site
MyTCGPrice provides market information and price tracking tools for various trading card games: Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Dragon Ball and Disney Lorcana.
Browsing the site is free and open. Some features, such as collection tracking, require an account.
2. User account
Creating an account is reserved for people aged 15 or over. Below that age, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required.
You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and let us know.
One account per person. Accounts created by automated means may be removed without notice.
3. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time, yourself, from your account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent: account, collection, value history, badges and Community posts are erased and cannot be restored.
4. User-generated content
The Community area lets you publicly share cards you have pulled. You remain the owner of what you post, and you grant MyTCGPrice the right to display it on the site as part of running that service.
The following are prohibited: hateful, abusive, discriminatory or harassing speech; sexual content; advertising or misleading links; impersonation; and any unlawful content. Posts breaching these rules may be hidden or removed, and the account concerned suspended.

5. Price information
Displayed prices are provided for information only. They come from external sources (TCGplayer, eBay, Cardmarket) and may vary at any time depending on card condition, language, edition, rarity or marketplace.
MyTCGPrice does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of this information, and it does not constitute investment advice in any way.
6. No affiliation
MyTCGPrice is an independent platform, not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, Disney or any other trademark owner.
All trademarks, game names, logos and card images remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Service availability
The site is provided "as is". Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical failure, without notice or compensation.
8. Limitation of liability
MyTCGPrice cannot be held liable for any loss, financial decision, transaction or damage resulting from use of the site or its data. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by law and does not deprive consumers of their statutory rights.
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may be amended. Registered users will be informed of any significant change. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
